Project Manager and Owner's Representative - Complete upgrade and rehabilitation of all buildings including new utilities, reroofing and installation of copper fascias, removal and replacement of all sidewalks and courtyard areas, painting of all buildings, complete replacement of irrigation and landscaping, new signage, installation of public artwork and interactive water feature. All work was performed while all tenants/businesses remained open for business.
