Re-roof of entire complex flat roof areas with energy efficient White Roof TPO membrane. Removal and replacement of all deteriorated guard railings at common areas and private balconies. Complete exterior upgrade including termite treatment and repair, recoating and waterproofing of all common walkways and patios, new gutters and down spouts and complete exterior painting. The elevator and lobby interiors were also redesigned and upgraded. |
