Historical Landmark Project - The Villa Riviera Condominiums, Long Beach, CA

Project Manager and Owner's Representative - Site upgrades included correction of numerous code violations, reconfiguration of all onsite parking lots and parking structure, correction of water intrusion problems, new lighting and painting of the parking structure, repair and reconnection of the building original gas service piping and development of a Master Plan for the site.

This prominent local icon was originally constructed as a luxury hotel in 1928 in the classic Chateauesque style. It has been converted in to a 150 Unit Homeowners Association.
